Gigi was very unhelpful kept repeating the same thing and wasted my time. Told me she needed a manager to take a fee off even though I already did the banking 360. Called a different location and they did it with no issues and in less time then her words. Wont use this location again as she wasted my time and was unhelpful.
Gigi is fantastic and as always love banking here.
