These folks are so professional they work very well together. They really reflect Woodforest Bank in such a positive light. They all should be promoted as regional supervisors in some compactly because others really need to be able to see an emulate such high level of professionalism demonstrated daily. Victor
I've been a customer over 4 years and the employees could not be more efficient and cordial. I moved to Catonsville a year ago , and I have a branch close to me Halethorpe but I choose to drive the extra 20 minutes to their Laurel Branch purely because of the service and relationships with Edith, Raul, Kimberly and Carlos. They all brighten my day.
Carlos, was nothing short of fantastic simple straight forward and easy to get my account opened and funded. Recommended 10/10
