The customer service at this bank has been super great! Especially with Kelsey and Erika they did a great job assisting me, definitely consider opening an account with them they make it all so easy!
Erika was awesome and took care of my problem quickly and issue me a new card and help me threw you should have nice lady like her at all banks
I can't say enough how I experienced the great service that I received on this rainy Saturday morning in Buda Woodforest Bank the employees there greeted all of us with smiling, friendly faces and they we're patient with each one of us. I really wanted to make sure I stopped to take the time to write up this review.
Make sure to always double check your receipts, that the transaction was done correctly. A full time manager is needed at this location.
