Opened my account in Hondo, TX. Great branch there, friendly, communicative and clearly value their members! This place on the other hand... horrendous customer service. Doesn't cost anything to smile or at the very least greet members. I don't look forward to using this branch and do my best to avoid it if at all possible. Expect to stand there while employees clearly look at you with annoyed faces and without acknowledgement until they finally walk up with the same irritated face.
