Maxine and Eileen were so helpful. I’ve been a customer with Woodforest since high school. I like the self service of the ATMs when Walmarts open the ATMs are too (even if bank is closed).

Always, Always, ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL services since I opened my account in 2015!! The ONLY issue I ever had was they forgot my age so, I didn't receive the free money orders, etc once I turned 60. They thought I was 40!! Lol!! So I didn't receive the extra perks for the senior account for several years. However they put the money back into my account that was charged fees!!
I always have a great experience at the Guilford branch, Lucero specifically always has positive energy she also works quick and efficient so it’s never really a line, she’s very knowledgeable. The branch manager is awesome too .
Lucero is the best at this location. She always helps me with my banking needs.
