Customer Service provided by Nourham was amazing, she was very polite and made sure I had all the knowledge about my account.
This is the worst Woodforest bank i have ever been to. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes PLUS for a withdrawal from my account. There is no manager on duty so they have to call to other stores to get the withdrawal approved. This is crazy. I went to another location and withdrew from a teller and it was done within 5 minutes top. I don’t understand how there is no manger on duty at a BANK?!!
