I love my bank manager Jasmine and her staff! There has never been a time when I came in and they could not help me. Every bank should have a manager like Jasmine.
None of the employees have any idea how to do anything, have to phone a friend to get approval to do the simplest banking task. Takes an hour to just to get a check cashed. If I could give a 0 I would.
I would like to say that jasmine Stoudemire and Samantha sanders we excellent they resolved all issues and were very polite and I just think they are awesome and their service is immaculate
I enjoy banking with Woodforest because of the perks as well as the friendly atmosphere that the ladies provide. Everyone is always knowledgeable and very friendly whenever I come in. Simple to set up an account..even easier depositing money..10/10 I’d do it again
