I've been banking with Woodforest for a long time now and I really love the Refugio branch the most. When you walk in they always greet you with a smile. They're super helpful and make any business you have with them quick and simple. You never leave without hearing them telling you to have a good day. It's always been an all around great banking experience!
Very friendly greeting in lobby and drive through. All bankers have been very professional and helpful each time I visit. The cleanliness of the lobby is amazing and each visit is quick and I am always helped in a timely manner! I love using this bank and the bankers help me by explaining information in a client friendly way so it is easy for me to understand.
