The branch in Senatobia is ridiculous! I’ve had an account here for over 10 years. I moved to a new state and got a new license. So they needed a bunch of info to be able to update my account so I could open up a new one and get a new debit card. THREE different times I showed them the info I had on my phone that I could go print out and bring back and each time they told me “yes sir Mr. Hollister that will work.
