Good customer service
Terrible bank and careless staff. Only positive side is they're open on weekends. Staff doesn't care about customers at all. My account was set so I could not overdraft yet it has overdraft 3 times. I've been with them for 3years out of convenience of the location and I just closed my account due to the service. Citizen Bank is so much better. I love the staff and they care about their customers.
