This bank is so messed up. They don’t know what they are doing half the time. The Communication between them and their home office is very lacking.
The assistant manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and just rude for no reason . I have never had an experience at any business location like the one I had at this location with this particular person . As far as the other employees and my previous experiences at this location I had no issues and the teller was very nice and helpful . This is the second terrible experience I have had at this branch location with the same individual . She could use further training !!! I have no idea how she ever managed to ge... read more
