I am so fortunate to find a bank that cares, twice they alerted me to fraudulent transactions before money taken out of my account. I would also mention the wonderful staff that are always professional, such as Ratana Phelps.

Was unable to cash a check at the Walmart money service department and the clerk said the bank would be able to cash it for me. It's roughly 5:50 pm. Upon asking the bank, they let me know I had to have an account with them to cash the check. At the present time I didn't have an account so I did open one. Out of my years of banking this was probably the quickest process to opening a bank account. Everything was explained throughly and walked out with a printed debit card and a new bank account.
