Ratana was super helpful, sweet and efficient. Got a problem that I had been having with another bank solved in just a few minutes. Wonderfully efficient.
Tried to get a issue figured out and David is very rude and unprofessional. Talks over you on the phone. Will hang up on you if you say something you don't like. Overall unprofessional. I will be taking my banking else where.
