Their ATM is messed up. Customer service at desk said it was my bank. I used a different bank ATM with no problems a few minutes later.

Everytime I’ve been there I’ve had excellent customer service! All of the employees were super sweet and helped me with everything. It’s been my go-to bank for at least two years, and can’t dream of changing it. Always a five star experience for me!
I’ve had my fair share of experiences when visiting banks, but I can say that Woodforest bank in the Walmart Supercenter was a very good one on its own. The staff were all fantastic and I didn’t have to wait longer than needed when it came to them getting to me and handling the business I needed to handle. I’ve never had a bad experience with a bank before but when I came here something about the attention the workers put towards their customers showed how much they value our time.
