I've been with Woodforest since 2021. The customer service at the Baker Louisiana branch is amazing. Any problems were fixed on the spot and in a timely manner. I live in Baton Rouge, but I do all my banking at the Baker Louisiana branch. They are wonderful.
Always good service, entire staff is very professional and courteous. Thank you for always being very helpful and friendly.
