Worst bank in America. Literally the only thing good about this bank is the fact that it's located in Walmart. They closed my branch on Chantilly Parkway in Montgomery. I drove 30 miles to withdraw some cash that I transferred from cash app instantly. They wouldn't let me withdraw my money even though it's showing as available balance. Every time I have withdrawn large sums of cash in the past is takes a ridiculous amount of time. All the staff a the branch in Prattville are very nice. I've been a member for years and they are like my family.
They’re incredibly welcoming and genuinely kind. On top of that, they’re very knowledgeable about the products and make sure you know how to get the most out of your experience. If you don’t already have one; or are looking for another, you should definitely consider them!
