Rebacah was very patient and very helpful definitely recommend coming to Woodforest customer service was amazing.
After a very poor experience at the South Tryon location, where I was unable to deposit a Cashier's Check because the amount may have been larger than these reps felt comfortable depositing. I traveled down to the Tega Cay location. I admit I'm more familiar with this location and the ease at which I was able to work with the bank manager was like night and day.
