My spouse and I have used Woodforest National Bank for years. The service by staff hasn’t been bad. The issues we have are with the actual functionality of the account. Mobile pay from our phones rarely works, the mobile deposit option from their own app doesn’t even work. I drove to the closest branch and they can’t even take a deposit due to not having enough staff. It’s a scam of a bank.
This bank is used by phishing experts to commit fraud. The bank refuses to allow you to file a report. The bank needs to be investigated.
