Love my ladies at Woodforest National Bank!! Kelsey and Bethany!!! Had a problem and they handled it quickly. Great friendly service!!!
Drove an hour and a half to come open a business checking account only to get turned away. I Called ahead with no answer from front desk “their phones are down” and got turned away because they were “too busy” with no one else in the bank. This is the second time I’ve came to a woodforest bank and got no assistance. These banks are understaffed and under trained.
Friendly knowledgeable staff! Manager Kelsey is very helpful and always smiling even if Im just walking by. Great customer service and easy to work with!
