This man amended my 92 year old father’s 30 year trust a little over one month before he died. Under duress from his girlfriend who threaten my father with being kicked out of her house if he did not change the trust. Mr Rowland said that he asked my father if he was under duress and my father said no. Hmmmm would someone under duress say yes.
