Horrid customer service!! – Do not shop at this store!!! I purchased a patio set and an umbrella, and spent over $4000. When the set was delivered, there was no base for the umbrella. Apparently, that was not included in the set. Seriously, people buy an umbrella and no base? If that is the case, you would have thought someone would have suggested I buy a base.
