Right now I'm a little disappointed I didn't receive a promised call or email for my case. I gave the easier option to update me via email. Neither had happened. It's been almost 3 years and I'm no closer to finalizing my suit or knowing about it than 2 years ago. I'm remaining patient to see if there will be changes.
