I stayed at the Wooded Glen for a leadership retreat last week. Not only is it absolutely beautiful but the staff are incredible! Every single employee was so incredibly hospitable and welcoming throughout our stay. The food never disappointed and I always looked forward to the home cooked meals. We didn’t have a ride to the airport so the owner of the establishment graciously offered us one. Truly an amazing and unforgettable experience. Thank you!
Great place, with very friendly staff. Here for business and has been a very positive experience. Good rooms, food is good, and the open areas are great for socializing.
This was my second year at Wooded Glen. Our family had their reunion there again and the service was on top of their game the whole time. Dairy doesn't always agree with my stomach, so we communicated our needs to the staff and they made sure to provide me with alternative food options. The showers in the bathroom were also amazing, due to the amazing water pressure they get at their location. I got married at the Wooded Glen. We had the ceremony and reception followed there. It was catered through the retreat center. The food was mediocre at best but what made me upset was I was charged over 1200$ for 50 people to eat. When the reception was over, the workers were putting the leftover food in containers and taking them for themselves. When I asked where they were going with my food, the response was that I paid for 50 people to eat. They ate, what's leftover does not belong to you. Just a plain rip off. Rude staf... read more
