I ordered a staircase twin over twin bunk bed. This was the absolute worst piece of furniture I have ever seen. The wood used was of the poorest scrap wood. They didn't pre-drill holes before installing screws which any wood worker would know, usually splits the wood and it did just that. Under the bunk storage drawers, had splits in the drawer sides over 18 inches long on one side. I would like to thank Dave Holderman for taking care of us! Had a issue Dave no questions asked sent out the parts we needed to get the bed back together. I sent him a email on a Saturday night and had a response 7:56 am Monday morning, thats great service in my eyes. Thank you woodcraft for standing behind your product.
Shout out to Dave H. in sales. We bought a used twin bunk bed set with no hardware thinking we would go to the local hardware store and assemble it but no such luck. I emailed Woodcrest MFG and Dave called me at 8am the following day asking for pictures and is mailing me hardware ! Outstanding customer service. I was very impressed!
