I had a negative experience when trying to contact the manager at the store at the Ravensworth Shopping Center.about a community event. He ignored my emails and was always at lunch when I called. I used to stop in the store for supplies and gifts but no longer since being treated so rudely. Even if the manager didn’t want to host my event I think the more professional way of handling it would have been to at least respond to my request. The sales people were always very helpful and respectful.
Outstanding store for people who love all things handcrafted from wood. The people who work here are kindred spirits, knowledgeable wood-working professionals.
I've been here twice now and both times I've felt like a valued customer. The staff always greet me when I walk in and ask if I need help finding anything, which is really inviting. The staff running the shop know where products are and can give you some insight about what projects you might have. They have a wonderful variety in products and I feel you could generally find what you need here. Prices are reasonable and relative to the quality of items sold here.
Super cool cutting board I made in the woodworking fundamentals class! Great instruction, calm atmosphere. Highly recommend!
