4 stars because the staff is always really nice and helpful, but had a bad experience ordering a lathe. Also I’ve seen times where there’s an online sale on their website but at checkout in the store, it rings up for regular price. I ordered a lathe from here but ultimately had to cancel the order. They have some big gaps in their system and I'm really unhappy about the experience. I paid for a lathe in person on May 17th. Before purchasing, the associate told me it would be four weeks.
