4 stars because the staff is always really nice and helpful, but had a bad experience ordering a lathe. Also I’ve seen times where there’s an online sale on their website but at checkout in the store, it rings up for regular price. I ordered a lathe from here but ultimately had to cancel the order. They have some big gaps in their system and I'm really unhappy about the experience. I paid for a lathe in person on May 17th. Before purchasing, the associate told me it would be four weeks. Nice clean store. Very nice staff. Great products. Expensive but high quality. There exotic woods a little higher then the other stores
I made my first visit to woodcraft in Spokane. What an awesome store and people were super friendly. It was kind of nice to be new at woodworking and not have someone talk down at you. It's 195 mi from my house and I'll be back. Thank you very much.
