Awesome store, I usually go to the Woburn location, decided to drive up to see what wood they had, not only did I score some beautiful bocote, got a bunch of new accessories for my lathe and the employees were super friendly and helpful, and made sure everything was the correct parts, even another customer helped out with some advice.
I ordered 3 tools from this location, one of the arrived damaged and they did very little to help the situation. Every time I called in to try and resolve the issue they seemed confused about my order, who I was and what I had ordered. They offered no help in sending the tool back to the manufacturer, and were barely able to supply a receipt. Most of the staff here, while friendly, seemed like they had no idea how the point of sale system worked or how to look up customer information in the computer. Go look for used tools, ... read more
Had such a great experience at Woodcraft of Portsmouth today. Had a question about a HEPA shop vac, the guys were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Found everything I needed and more. Look forward to continuing to support this store
Went there for their recent open house and hosting of YouTuber 731 Woodworks Tools and Tailgates tour. It was a great day with giveaways, demos, people to meet and things to do. First time at the store so of course had to look all around I'm sure I still didn't see everything. Can't leave a place like that without scoring some new tools and accessories or supplies. Bought some stuff for carving. Could have gone crazy and broke the bank, but I kept it sane and just under $100 with some sale discounts. Great service and great ... read more
