Staff was helpful and friendly
Had an issue with a tool I bought and Ms Karen Bennett that works for Woodcraft went above and beyond helping me get it resolved. She’s amazing and customer for life with this kind of service.
Great selection and excellent service!
But frustrated me, I spent a good bit of money. And they couldn't cut a slab in half for me, so I could fit it in my car. I have to stop at the closest hardware store and cut it myself.
