Extremely well stocked, friendly and knowledgeable staff and neat. They also have a studio for classes.
This place was great! The workers were friendly, they have a nice variety of tools and wood, and I really appreciate the fact that a wood classroom is built into the store. I just have a point about the bathrooms. They are very well updated, and one of them even features an access bar next to the toilet. BUT the emergency alert cord is TIED UP! This is contrary to the purpose, and it is meant to be on or nearly on the ground, to be as accessible as possible if someone falls.

I was sent on an errand to pick up hardwood floor stain with only the instruction to "Ask for Claire". What a pro. She was so thorough and asked all the right questions to make sure we got the right products for the job. She really knows her stuff, but even more than that, she did quick research on whatever she DIDN'T know (which wasn't much). Amazing customer service. You can tell she really cares about doing a great job. 10/10 experience.
