Went in there to inquire about epoxy resins and info on its use. The gentleman was very informative and pleasant. Great woodworkers store.
It's pretty vanilla in all the ways that matter.
The store has a great selection of wood working tools, but service is less than ideal. The first person I approached said they were on break, the second was busy and called over a third employee to help, but the third guy had no idea where the items I wanted were located. And then at checkout they tell me that they are an independent franchise that does NOT HONOR THE COUPONS that were in the mailer I receive. And to top it off, there was a pile of that same mailer next to the register.
This is beautiful store with everything you could want or need with good staff. The product you find is only the best of its kind and the atmosphere really reminds you that you are in a serious carpentry and woodworking establishment for goods and like supplies.
