I have shopped at MANY Woodcraft Stores, and never found more unhelpful nor rude store personnel as this location, with the exception of a young man there. It turns out the rude guy was the OWNER (I called back wondering if he was the manager), and I bet the rude woman who checked me out was his wife (I'm taking bets). I get the store is closing so this clown can retire, but Woodcraft needs to go completely to corporate owned stores. I went to woodcraft for my first time, and it was a great experience the store beautifully laid out and very well stocked. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. There's no woodcraft in Canada and that's a good thing as I would spend way too much if it were handy. When I come again it's on my list of places to go to
