Great store, and they are very dog friendly!
Went into Woodcraft on Plano Pkwy in Plano. I’m interested in a Jet wood lathe. I was totally ignored by the employees. I would have let them know how unhelpful they were except they didn’t even acknowledge me when I was leaving. Won’t be back. I’ll buy on line I guess.
Great customer service and very nice wood
I highly recommend taking their classes if you are wanting to get started on woodworking, but don't know where to start. I have taken their basic woodworking and hand tool classes with Howard and both were amazing! I went in not ever using a power tool or hand tool before. As you can imagine, I was nervous and ready to embarrass myself, but Howard never made me feel that way. He took the time to explain everything and guided us the entire time.
