Great store with a huge selection of wood working tools and a wide variety of beautiful woods. I am a beginner and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. These are not part-time high school students working the register, but seasoned woodworkers and you can definitely sense their expertise. Highly recommend!

Excellent service
Dick's last resort has better customer service than this place. Employees always seem annoyed to answer your questions (you must first interrupt their personal conversation to even ask one) and are not there to help you. They would rather shoo you out of the store than make a sale. Deserves -5 stars
REVIEW UPDATE : The day after I left the review below ... The owner, Paul, of the Wood Craft store in Plano Texas personally called me. He listened to my concerns and was very nice. He apologized profusely !!! I have total faith in the owner that he took my concerns very seriously and that he will address my concerns with the instructor of that class.
