Absolutely beautiful serving tray and prompt shipping. Highly recommend!
Negative stars. Walking around stores in downtown Annapolis we stopped by Woodcraft Artisans. We were looking inside the store and picked up a piece that accidentally slid off my hands. I came forward and was honest to admit the accident. The cashier was very rude to quickly say “you have to pay for it”, it’s only a $35 piece it’s not cost but the principle of customer service that this place don’t even have. I will never go back!
Products were unique, service was blunt.
