Very unhappy with the customer service I ordered a lathe on March 28th and according to them the date for delivery keeps getting pushed back but they never tell me this no call no contact I call the corporate office number and their "district manager" tells me the lathes they do have in their warehouse are for an emergency. They keep blaming the manufacturer yet the manufacturer has told me they are rolling them out fast as possible and why cant I get a call for these excuses?
The staff at Woodcraft OC are so knowlegeable and helpful anytime I visit the store. I have taken 5 classes so far and thw instructors are always great.
