Had an absolutely lovely experience getting a children’s bike helmet and kickstand after much difficulty at other stores finding the right fit/size for both things. It was quick and easy and the customer service was top notch!

Bad experience in servicing my fox dropper post. At first as i was talking to one of the staff at service, asking if they service dropper post they were telling me that they do . As i was explaining whats just going on with my dropper post, did show them that it was going up but kinda slow. I did hand them the dopper post and let them try it. But watching them, i get hesitant on if i really want to have it service to them. Seems like they don’t even know how dropper post work at all, take off some bolts and pull the trigger ... read more
