My husband has bought products from Woodcock Cycle in the past and has had positive experiences. He recently bought a bike from outside the province because it was unavailable in Manitoba. He took the bike to Woodcock to be set up and Gerard was fantastic in ensuring there were no issues. Their entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and will work with you every step of the way through your purchase/service. He wouldn’t go any other place. Well done!
Attentive and meticulous; completed a challenging overhaul of my MTB in a very short period of time with frequent communication/photos/discussion etc. Highly recommend. Also have a pretty cool inventory of bike gear!
The sales and service staff at Woodcock are great. They helped me get my mountain bike back in action a few different times recently, always in a timely manner and with excellent communication throughout the process. Gleb, in particular, is great at troubleshooting and is always open to discuss the repairs and recommended parts and service, etc. I checked out Reuben’s Ridge mountain bike trails as per his recommendation last weekend and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend this shop.
Amazing service! Alexander did an excellent job fixing my bike — fast, professional, and with great attention to detail. He explained everything clearly and made sure the bike runs perfectly. Highly recommend Alexander if you want honest and quality work!
