I'm cycling across Canada with my son. I had a bottom bracket issue and went in for help. Gleb and Victor looked at it and replaced the bottom bracket - I was on my way within the hour - they were clearly busy but helped out anyway - Amazingky helpful and I couldn't be more grateful
Gleb adjusted my front brake, and cleaned and lubed the chain on my bike, as well as readjusted my spurcycle bell. Communications were excellent and so was the service. Thank you Gleb.
My wife has purchased a couple bikes from Woodcock Cycle and both times the experience was great. We recently bought two E bikes and dealt with Terry. He took the time to explain everything about the bikes. We are very happy with everyone there (we were approached by no less than 3 other employees offering assistance while Terry was getting the bikes ready for a test ride). That’s why we keep going back!
