We just recently moved my mom to the memory care unit and we are very happy so far. The staff has been very kind and helpful. My mom is always clean and well taken care of. Chi Chi is one of the employees and she is awesome! I haven't gotten to know a lot of the others yet, but they all seem very caring with the residents. We had a birthday party there for my mom in a private dining room. They decorated it for her and showed a lot of care and patience for dealing with a fairly large group of us there. My mom was moved in on a Monday, on Tuesday I wasn’t there. On Wednesday at 11:30 AM she had a doctors appointment. I called in the morning prior to picking her up. I was in her room at 10:30 and was appalled at her condition, she wasn’t ready, she smelled like a Port-O-Potty. The room reeked of urine. She wasn’t taken care of for 3 days.
