Recently I have bought Kai 2 and 3 seater. All steps from the purchase to delivery were flawless. I am very satisfied with the high quality of the product which came immaculately packaged to avoid any damage. We ordered the arcadia dining table - the whole process was excellent from start to finish. Great sales person who was able to accommodate the fact that our house was still under construction and we weren't sure when we could accept delivery, the delivery/assembly guys were awesome super professional. From our initial visit to the store and our introduction to Paul all good of our experience was positive. The Kia range was just what we had been looking for. The combination of Teak and Aluminium gave us both the outdoor dining furniture and the outdoor lounge set we had pictured. Delivery was flexible and worked around a holiday we had preplanned. They met our requirements 100%.
