My partner ordered a beautiful dining table and chairs on the 11th of October and we were told that there was only 8 chairs available at that time (we needed10) so we agreed to wait until the 14th of November so the 10 chairs and table would be delivered at the same time. Called on the 13th November to find out about the delivery and was told there were still only 8 chairs and they’re checking the warehouse. Two stars because the chairs themselves are wonderful and very easy to assemble But this company's customer service left a lot to be desired. They didn't arrive for months. They didn't arrive with the ordered cushions. We had to harass Woodbury for the ones ordered and they were going to take so long to be delivered they gave us temporary cushions. Then the ones we ordered didn't arrive and we had to harass them over that. Just appalling customer service. Felt like we were doing business with scammers Never ever again
Recently I have bought Kai 2 and 3 seater. All steps from the purchase to delivery were flawless. I am very satisfied with the high quality of the product which came immaculately packaged to avoid any damage. I want to thank namely to Abby for her great assistance, knowledgable advice and pleasant attitude. The overall experience was beyond expectations. I have no hesitation to recommend this shop to other customers.
My wife Eva purchased the MonteCarlo outdoor lounge setting after an amazing store service member sent photos prior to visiting the store , followed by excellent in store knowledge, we had quick delivery and very careful delivery drivers , very happy with our purchase quality and customer service , will definitely purchase from Woodbury in the future
