We just had installed a gas fireplace by Woodburning. We are very pleased with the product, service, pricing and customer service shown by the owner and Ray the installer. Cannot say anything other than great job, Nancy and Ray!

Rude!! I have a tip for you. Give the rude, unprofessional women who work there some customer service classes. She was horrible to deal with and I will never ever buy a thing from this store and neither will any of my friends or family.
PRICE AND SERVICE EXCELLENT – Recently had a gas insert installed by Woodburning Warehouse. The price was the best around and the two installers who came to the house were excellent. The owner, Nancy, is somewhat of a character, you just had to get use to her. I just received a card thanking me for doing business with them. Never had that happen before.
Honest Cheap Service like it used to be. – I called Woodburning Warehouse when the pilot light on my gas insert would not stay lit. I bought the unit from them several years ago and have never had a problem. The woman on the phone was very curt but took my information and had someone at my door within 3 days. A professional arrived and cleaned and fixed my insert and I charged me fairly. I see someone else has had a bad experience but from purchase to service I have had nothing but good exeriences.
Rude Rude – Called to get a phone estimate and the woman on the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. I actually told her she was and I havew never done that. The phone conversation didn't even last two minutes before I had to defend myself from her attacks. Asking me technical questions that I didn't know the answer to. Posssibly because I have never inquired about a wood stove, but I am a general contractor and do have a masters degree. Who knows maybe it's me.
