If you got an email from them this is a super sloppy phishing scam, they ask you to fill out a form to schedule a time to call and then takes you to a page that looks like Google's login where they are going to try to steal your Google credentials. I added screenshots of how it works.. Don't fall for it, Youtube isn't going to email you you're not that special.
Just received an email sent from this company and address, they were using official YouTube letterhead and claiming to be from the YouTube hiring team. Seems highly unethical, not to mention sloppy.
