I was so disappointed with how this company handled my situation. I never received my state income tax after they prepared them. The IRS said it was in the tax prep company's bank (RPB) account. I told this to one of the owners, she said they didn't have it. I called the IRS again and they said that the tax prep did have it and they would be the only one's who could give me my refund sense they received it via their bank. I spoke to the owner again and she said to me it was probably stolen. She was annoyed with the situation... read more
