good service, good selection, extremely friendly staff, also they were able to deliver my couch the same day I bought it.
A friend of mine bought a couch on Friday, it was returned to the store the next day defective. All she got was store credit (store policy). She was very upset. I went down and visited with the owner; explained that my friend was on a fixed income and did not have a lot money.. I appealed to Ms. Woodall to please refund the money ($500). She said "No. Store policy is no refunds, store credit only." I said, "But you are the owner you can over-ride any policy and make an exception."
