The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Disappointed, I had been here a few years ago before they moved and the place was great, now you walk in to a bunch of small rooms with half empty shelves, and didn’t see any power tools?? Locked in a warehouse maybe, I guess I’ll never know. We didn’t see a single person while in the store and we almost felt as if we were wondering into places we shouldn’t have been…
Still my first stop for any woodworking needs even after their move. Can't beat them for their knowledge and expertise, they're helpfulness is also amazing. Great staff, lots of stuff in stock, love this place!
This place seems to have changed not for the better. There website has some security issues or something. I got into a big Microsoft problem earlier, now it wants me to upload some app. I don't go through this with other websites and they aren't listing any product anymore?? Who does this these days? No plywood at all? Is this customer service?
