Ms Betty Ann charged us 800 dollars to file taxes for me my son and daughter. We got a letter last month advising we filed late I took my taxes to her in March!! I now owe over 1,000 in late fees because she filed May 29!! She won’t answer our calls or text to explain do NOT use them I have had multiple people reach out to me saying she did this
