These guys are great.. I had a small volume order treated me like a king!!! Lead times reasonable. Prices fair and reasonable.
Product provided arrived damaged and was not at all as advertised. I bought Plywood. That is what is advertised and what I paid for. What arrived was MDF. MDF is not plywood. Responding to owners response - it was always damaged. Telling someone to ship something back at my expense is not addressing the fraud. The product was damaged on corners during shipping because it is not plywood. it is MDF. MDF is not plywood. I don't know how to state that clearer. Either this place is ignorant or dishonest. Fabulous experience and great customer service - was able to match wood flooring that big box stores and local lumber yard could not. Great communication throughout the process. Had it shipped to my house within two weeks and was exactly as described and matched perfectly.
