Called to see if they had deck spindles or balusters and nobody knew what they were called. Except I was telling them what they were called. And it sounded like a younger gal said you’re crazy. You’ve never got them here before. No big deal. Disappointed in the lack of knowledge and the fact that they’ll call customers names Without context also lack of supply I can’t stand the woodshed.
