Do not sign up with Wood River. Their system is constantly down and when it IS “working” it is extremely slow and constantly drops service(Don’t bother trying to watch sports it’s terrible) We are now on our third router (In 2 years) and we have been waiting for them to send it since last week but they can’t because the person that is supposed to send it is on holidays! Honestly one of the weakest internet service ever when there’s one little wind storm or rain storm it will cut out right away
Today I had great on site service and efficiency from tech, Matthew (a new employee) but my telephone call the day prior with Chris, a Supervisor in the office, was completely unprofessional and belittling. Definitely not someone a company should have dealing with frustrated customers on a service that isn't reliable in treed areas and ill-equipped to handle multiple customers but thank you to Matthew!
Absolute worst internet service. They claim to have high-speed internet but that is just not the case, constant dropouts and Towers going down, so I decided to cancel try a different service after 3 months of hell with this company, So they go ahead and charge me $300 on my Visa without going over any of the details or informing me, when I call to find out why my Visa was charged the owner of the company basically laughs in my face and after about 3 minutes of him telling me in an angry aggressive voice saying that's what I ... read more
