Horrible customer service in the billing department I would never get service from these clowns again
Customer service has been great. Lots of clear communication when there's an outage. Much better than one of the big players like Rogers who blame the client.

Do not sign up with Wood River. Their system is constantly down and when it IS “working” it is extremely slow and constantly drops service(Don’t bother trying to watch sports it’s terrible) We are now on our third router (In 2 years) and we have been waiting for them to send it since last week but they can’t because the person that is supposed to send it is on holidays! The customer service is absolutely terrible, I had to call in 3 times to find this information out as the first 2 times they said it was sent but would call ... read more
Honestly one of the weakest internet service ever when there’s one little wind storm or rain storm it will cut out right away
