Having very few options to buy smaller quantities of hardwood in Connecticut, finding this shop was dream come true. Not only is their selection vast and budget friendly, the owner took the time to introduce himself along with concisely answering all of my beginner woodworking questions. I will be a loyal customer from here on out. 10 out of 10, cannot recommend this place enough!

Hidden gem in Branford. Though directions will only bring you to the building, drive around the right side of the building and you'll see the sign. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced. They have a wide variety of mostly domestic woods, but are also capable of sourcing things for you - I picked up some black walnut for a project.
