Great wood work. I ended up with an amazing dining room set.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ordered 6 semi custom book cases and it took over three months to get them. Granted the company that built for them went out of business but they never contacted me to let me know why there was s delay. And once I started calling always gave me the some pat answer. Also would say that they would call me in two or three days with a status and never did. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WOOD QUARTERS ON CAPTIAL BLVD! i ordered custom cabinets and book cases and after 8 months, the owner was not able to supply what was agreed to and I am still not fully refunded of my purchase price! In good faith, me and my wife ordered custom wood work from the store on Capital blvd (August of 2016). We were promised 8-10 weeks. That never happened. Very poor experience. Ordered kitchen table/chairs in March 2016 and found out 5 months later they would not be able to deliver, with zero proactive communication in the interim from business owners. Highly recommend paying with a credit card if you decide to buy through them (100% due up-front), as they were unable or unwilling to provide a refund, which forced us challenge the charge (after a couple months of active correspondence) to recoup our money.
