We bought a recliner couch from Jeff 3 years ago. It still looks like brand new and we use it everyday. We couldn't be happier with this purchase. We had a couple of brief power outages yesterday and afterwards were unable to use the recliners on either end of our couch. We had a great experience at Wood & Nails! Jeff was super helpful while we were in the showroom without being pushy at all. We looked at a bunch of different options and had many questions along the way and he was attentive without trying to upsell us and was very upfront about pricing. The couch was finished two weeks earlier than expected, and the delivery guys were very friendly, right on time and set up our new couch very quickly.
