Very friendly. Answered questions.
Install was nice. Had the pellet stove for 3 years now and had nothing but problems. I clean this thing every week including the pipe and now it won't stay lit after 5 minutes. Worker read part of the manual with me and said we can come look at it in January. Here it is November. If your gonna buy a pellet stove buy one somewhere that has multiple employees to help you. Anyone want to buy a pellet stove?
