I couldn't disagree more with the review that stated poor customer support from Woodmizer. I bought my LT40 hydraulic in 2016, and have had only very good experiences with the Far West people. They have been a pleasure to do business with, whether it's for parts, re-sharp services. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another mill from them, if I needed it. I highly recommend them.
So far very good experience, have ordered parts many times and always very helpful on the phone.
Very poor customer service and no support for Woodmizer owners. Michelle even hung up on us.
Bought the Woodmizer LT40 with my family. The representative Alex Neil helping us did a great job at showing us every detail and was ok with repeat questions. I of course made a rookie error and he guided me through the fix.
