I went to Jeff to try to get help in the beginning it sounded great but after a while he stopped answering my phone calls and would give me false hope and was rude about my situation. He was not empathetic at all or even seeing it from my side. He just seemed to think that he's always right and that my situation with being tortured by a company that keeps calling me and sends me fake letters to try to intimidate me, was just normal course of business. Don't go to this guy he has no idea what he's doing!
