Who does Deputy RH think he is. He is paid by the citizens of Wood County. I went through the window to pay my taxes. 1/30/24 @ 3:50 p.m. There was a minor problem with my check. The louder he bellowed, the less understandable he became. I explained that I wear hearing aids & can hear, just can’t understand a word he was saying. He was very rude & impatient! Tried paying my fire tax in half cash amd half coins but turned me away because they could not spend the time to count
